Jay Livingston, from Sociological Images, wrote a short but impressive article about survey questions and why they matter. He called it „WHY SURVEY QUESTIONS MATTER: BLASPHEMY EDITION“
It’s an extreme example but it clearly shows that the question itself has a huge influence on the answer. So always be aware of the words you use and don’t try to influence the respondents.
